Oasis CLI is free to use and is not open source. Install and run it on any machine you own or control, for any purpose including commercial use, at no charge.

It entitles you to no support, no updates, and no access to any mutexer service. Those are sold separately.
What it does not allow
You may not sell, licence, rent or otherwise distribute the software, alone or inside another product; modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where law forbids that restriction; remove any notice; or use it to build a competing product.
Two clauses that carry weight
Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for deciding whether the software suits your purpose, for your use of it, and for everything it does and produces under your direction. You assume the risks that arise from that use. The wording follows Apache 2.0 section 7.
No warranty and no liability. The software is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. This is the MIT disclaimer verbatim. Mandatory consumer law in your own country applies regardless of what any licence says.
Not for the control path of a safety-critical system
Oasis CLI is not fault-tolerant and is not intended for the control path of any safety-critical, fail-safe or high-risk system, where failure could lead to death, injury, or severe property or environmental damage.
What it reports is evidence for a competent engineer to weigh. It is not a certification or a safety case, and it does not displace your own verification before commissioning. The same point is made on every audit report it produces.

None of these is a click-through. Acceptance is by use, stated plainly where it will be seen. Installing or running the software means you accept the licence; if you do not accept it, do not install or run it.
Other terms
- The mutexer Terms & Conditions are incorporated. The licence prevails for the software itself; the Terms prevail for any mutexer service you connect it to.
- Open source components inside the binary keep their own licences. Attribution and licence texts are available on request.
- Export control and sanctions law applies.
- Governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to any mandatory law of your own country.
oasis-agent uninstallends the licence. The responsibility, safety, liability, export and general clauses survive it.
